Cambro’s 1/3 size high heat plastic food pan with handle provides convenient use with added safety. It has an attractive amber color that coordinates with any décor. The food pan holds hot, battered and crisp foods in hot holding units up to 375 degrees F or can be used to store frozen foods down to -40 degrees F for added versatility. The tray’s flat base ensures maximum contact with the heating source and allows heat to be evenly and consistently distributed across the surface, which eliminates hot and cold spots in food. For use in a variety of operations, including buffets and fast casual restaurants, the shotgun style pan fits into most pass through hot holding bin models and pairs with pass through holding cabinets.
