Cambro’s 1/3 size amber high heat plastic food pan with double handle provides convenient and safe use. Designed to hold hot, battered and crisp foods in hot holding units up to 375 degrees F, it also can be used with frozen foods down to -40 degrees F. The versatile food pan features a flat base to ensure maximum contact with the heating source. It also allows heat to be evenly distributed across the surface for added consistency and no hot or cold spots in food. The shotgun-style pan fits in pass through hot holding bins and pairs with holding cabinets for use in buffets and busy fast-casual operations. It eliminates direct hand-to-food contact for added safety during use.
