Cambro’s 2 ½-inch deep, 1/3 size food pan keeps food fresh and secure during storage. Constructed of sturdy polypropylene, the pan resists stains and chemicals for a long, reliable service life. Its translucent material also provides visibility to the pan’s interior for added convenience. Withstanding temperatures between -40 and 160 degrees F, it also features a uniform ½-inch outside rim to fit smoothly into prep tables and food bars.
