Designed for buffet lines and steam tables, this pan can handle temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F. Not only does the pan reduce handling to increase food safety, but also enhance food quality. Its non-stick surface is easy to clean, which minimizes labor. Constructed of durable, polycarbonate material, the colander pan resists bending and scratching so it can seamlessly drop into 6-inch deep 1/3 size food pans. This allows fruits and vegetables, thaw meat or poultry to drain thorough. Seafood also can be stored on ice as liquids drain directly below. When the process is completed, the food pan colander simply lifts out of the food pan for safe and quick disposal of liquids as needed.
