Cambro’s 6-inch deep white 1/3 size food pan ensures efficiency while increasing food safety. Constructed of durable polycarbonate, the pans are built to withstand temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F. Virtually unbreakable, this item can hold up in the busiest high-volume back of house without cracking, bending or denting. A uniform ½-inch flange on this pan ensures a smooth fit in prep tables and food bars while a textured bottom resists scratching under everyday conditions. It can be used to store, transport and serve all from the same pan.
