It includes three stackable food pans and three seal covers for versatile food storage. The three included covers offer both an inner and outer seal to drastically reduce spills. Seal covers also have a square indent for stable stacking as well as thumb tabs for easy removal when the time comes to cook. A uniform ½-inch outside rim ensures a smooth fit into prep tables, food bars and vending carts. The food pan withstands a temperature range of -40 to 160 degrees F, for versatile use in high-volume operations.
