This 8-inch deep clear 1/3 size food pan from Cambro is constructed of durable polycarbonate food pan to withstand temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F. Virtually unbreakable, the pan stands up to harsh foodservice environments without cracking, bending or denting. It can be used to store, transport and serve food, and its see-through material provides added visibility. Inventory management is simplified with the food pan’s molded-in graduations in standard and metric measurements, while the ½-inch uniform flange ensures a smooth fit in prep tables and food bars. While the interior is non-stick and smooth for easy cleaning and maximum yields, the textured bottom resists scratching.
