Its durable polycarbonate construction is virtually unbreakable and resists shattering and scratches for a long, reliable service life. Withstanding temperatures between -40 to 210 degrees F, the drain shelf features a traditional clear color for use in a variety of restaurant, pizzeria and catered event applications. The convenient finger notch allows placement in the bottom of existing 1/6 size food pans with ease.
