Cambro’s 1/6 size lid seals in freshness and eliminates the threat of messes. Equipped with a molded-in polyurethane gasket to grip the side of the food pan, this cover will help reduce spills during transport, which reduces waste and helps improve employee safety. It has a tight fit to reduce splashing and prevent the lid from popping off during transport to off-site locations. In addition, the clear color allows for better product visibility. This not only reduces handling but also lowering the risk of cross contamination. The seal cover’s thumb tab on all ends promotes easy removal from food pans. When not in use, it will conveniently stack for storage and transport. It can withstand temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F for storing product.
