Cambro’s 2 ½-inch deep food pan is constructed of virtually unbreakable polycarbonate for a long, reliable service life. The 1/6 size white food pan can handle temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F for use in the toughest kitchen environments. It won’t crack, bend or dent and can be used to store, transport and serve. Featuring a bright white coloring, the food pan has a crisp, clean look and includes molded-in graduations in standard and metric measurements for easy inventory management. It facilitates a smooth fit in prep tables and food bars with a uniform ½-inch flange. The food pan’s textured bottom resists scratching, while its smooth interior is non-stick for easy cleaning. The large radius bottom keeps food waste to a minimum.
