Cambro’s virtually unbreakable food pan is built to withstand temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F. Made of durable, long-lasting polycarbonate, it can stand up to heavy use in tough commercial kitchens without cracking, bending or denting. Designed to be multi-functional to store, transport and serve food all from the same pan, it also is clear for added visibility of contents. Molded-in graduations are in standard and metric measurements for simplifying inventory management. The food pan has a uniform ½-inch flange, which ensures a smooth fit in prep tables and food bars. Cleaning is easy due to the non-stick smooth interior, while the textured bottom reduces scratching.
