This 1/8 size amber high heat drain tray keeps food raised out of liquids when used with a food pan to improve food quality and freshness. It rests at the pan’s bottom, elevating food out of grease, juice and access water. With a temperature range of -40 to 375 degrees F, it can be used in virtually any application from prepping to cooking, cooling to storage. Constructed of sturdy polycarbonate, the high heat drain tray is easy to clean with its smooth surface. Measuring 6 15/16 inches long by 5 3/16 inches wide, it can be used for flash freezing, cooking, reheating or storing a variety of foods. The drain tray can be used in the microwave, oven or freezer. It is dishwasher safe for quick, easy cleaning with minimal labor. The perforated drain tray is NSF listed and made in America.
