Cambro’s 1/8 size amber high heat pan is made of durable plastic for a long, reliable service life. It provides added convenience and safety with use. The versatile pan can hold hot, battered and crisp foods in hot holding units up to 375 degrees F as well as store frozen foods to -40 degrees F. It is designed with a flat base that promotes maximum contact with the heating source. This allows ensures evenly distributed heat across the surface to eliminate hot and cold spots in food. This 1/8 size fits in combination with 1/2 size, 1/2 long, and 1/4 size pans for flexible use and maximum space optimization. Whether for buffets or fast casual operations, the high heat pan needs less refilling compared to 1/9 size pans. Its also has easy to grasp corners that eliminate hands contacting the food.
