This 1/9 size clear polycarbonate handled lid with spoon notch from Cambro keeps frequently used ingredients fresh and at the ready. With its traditional clear construction, it is versatile for a variety of operations, from pizzerias to catered events. Food is kept protected from outside contaminants and debris, minimizing the risk of cross contamination. The lid is equipped with a deep molded handle that facilitates a convenient and secure grip, in addition to a spoon notch that allows spoons and ladles to be left in the container while still having a secure fit. Constructed of virtually unbreakable polycarbonate, it resists shattering and scratches for a long service life. The lid can withstand temperatures from -40 to 210 degrees F.
