The 1/9 size high heat flat lid from Cambro is made for holding high heat and freezing foods in any commercial kitchen. Built with strong, durable materials to withstand extreme temperatures from a low of -40 to a high of 375 degrees F, the high heat flat lid will help maintain food temperature after it's taken out of either the oven or freezer. To aid in storage and transport, this flat cover conveniently stacks with similar items to create more usable space. The lid is 6 15/16 inches in length and 4 ¼ inches in width to be adaptable for flexible use. The NSF-listed, amber-colored, plastic lid is microwave safe and can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. It has a rectangular shape for added versatility.
