Constructed of innovative EPP material, Cambro’s food carrier is ideal for new catering companies or delivery services. It is lightweight for easy transport, even when filled with food. It features a professional grade construction made from expanded polypropylene (EPP), an insulated material that has a high level of durability. This high-tech material is eco-friendly while offering optimal impact and chemical resistance. The food carrier will hold cold food below 41 degrees F or hot food above 135 degrees F for up to four hours. Its molded handles on either side of the carrier provide an ergonomic grip for additional comfort while transporting. Recesses on the interior walls allow a better grip on food pans while removing, and the carrier’s straight walls facilitate easy stacking. For larger catering events, this carrier is stackable for easier vehicle transport. It has a top loading design and can hold up to one full size 6-inch deep food pan.
