This full size 8-inch deep top loader insulated food pan carrier from Cambro has an attractive blue lid. Providing versatility and efficient transport of hot or cold food, it constructed of expanded polypropylene (EPP), a closed-cell bead foam that provides thermal insulation with exceptional durability. Both impact and chemical resistant, this material is extremely lightweight and eco-friendly. It will hold cold food below 41 degrees F or hot food above 135 degrees F for up to four hours. The colored lid is HACCP compliant for easy identification. The carrier is flexible for a variety of options, holding up to one full size 8-inch deep food pan, a 6-inch deep and 2 ½-inch deep pan, two 4-inch deep pans, or up to four 2 ½-inch pans. With recessed walls on the inside, pans are easier to remove. Molded handles on either side ensure a comfortable and ergonomic grip when transporting.
