This 8-inch deep insulated food pan carrier from Cambro is top loading with an orange lid to be HACCP compliant for easy identification. Its expanded polypropylene (EPP), a closed-cell bead foam, provides thermal insulation with exceptional durability and years of trouble-free use. Not only is this material lightweight, it’s also impact and chemical resistant as well as eco-friendly. This food pan holds cold food below 41 degrees F and hot food above 135 degrees F for up to four hours. It easily accommodates up to one full size 8-inch deep food pan, a 6-inch deep and 2 ½-inch deep pan, two 4-inch deep pans, or up to four 2 ½-inch pans. Pans are easier to remove due to the carrier’s recessed interior walls. Molded handles on either side ensure a comfortable and ergonomic grip during transport.
