Its professional grade construction is made from expanded polypropylene (EPP), an insulated material with a high level of durability. This high-tech material is both eco-friendly and extremely lightweight while maintaining optimal impact and chemical resistance. The door gently opens and closes as the beveled edge for a tight fit that easily latches closed, and the door swings open 270 degrees for total access to food pans. The carrier has a barrier in the front that prevents any condensation that accumulated from dripping.
