The 2-quart round food storage container from Cambro is made of crystal clear, virtually unbreakable polycarbonate. It is designed not to stain or be harmed by food acids, oils or alcohol. It’s easy to read imprinted graduations on the outside, make it simple to see how much product is in each container. It can be placed upside down after washing to dry, since molded-in holes in the handles make sure they don't retain water. Temperatures between -40 degrees F to 210 degrees F are accommodated for both refrigerator and freezer use. A lid, sold separately, can be attached to keep food fresh and accessible. The NSF-listed food storage container is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning with minimal labor.
