Cambro’s lid covers its 6- and 8-quart food storage containers. Designed to store raw ingredients or prepped food easily and efficiently, the lid’s flat surface facilitates easy stacking of multiple containers on top of each other. These lids also include a space to label the contents and the date for added food safety in a variety of foodservice operations, including restaurants, schools and healthcare facilities. Made of virtually unbreakable polyethylene, the storage lid handles temperatures from -40 to 160 degrees F for cooler and freezer use. It won’t react to food and minimizes potentially hazardous chemical and acidic reactions. It has an extended lip that acts as a thumb tab for convenient removal and easy access to food.
