The UPC1600 Ultra Camcart is a dual compartment workhorse that delivers hot or cold meals without electricity. Outstanding for events like weddings and banquets that require high capacity service, CFC-free foam insulation and an airtight removable gasket protect food safe temperatures for 4+ hours. Ideal for full size food pans, this cart can handle between twenty-four 2.5” (6,5 cm) to eight 8” (20 cm) deep pans for maximum space usage. The durable nylon door latches open easily and close securely, with full swing doors that open to the side. The tough shell of this cabinet is rust, dent, crack, and chip free, with molded-in handles and bumpers for added ease in maneuvering. High density casters offer additional security on the 1600HD.
