Cambro’s charcoal grey temperature barrier facilitates holding and transporting both hot and cold foods inside the same pan carrier by easily sliding into the rails to maintain temperatures. Its charcoal gray color is stylish and modern for an appealing appearance. The temperature barrier is compatible with Cambro UPC300 or 1318CC series pan carriers. It works by simply loading in hot food above the temperature barrier and loading in cold food below the barrier. With this product, hot casseroles will stay hot and salads will stay crisp and cool. The amount of empty, unusable space in cabinets is reduced and pan carriers are better organized and more efficient. In addition, food temperature loss is minimized with this lightweight product. The temperature barrier is NSF listed and made in America. It also is dishwasher safe for fast, easy cleaning with minimal labor.
