Cambro’s 4-inch deep coffee beige front load pan carrier extends meal holding time. Constructed of sturdy polyethylene, it features a textured exterior that resists scratches and dents. Full size, 1/2 size and 1/3 size food pans are accommodated for easy transport. Food quality and temperature retention are ensured with the carrier’s polyurethane insulation and airtight gasket. This unit keeps hot food above 140 degrees F and cold food below 41 degrees F for up to four hours. Made in America and NSF-listed, the pan carrier is dishwasher safe for fast cleaning with minimal labor. Unloading and loading are simplified by a door that swings out completely, and refilling is more convenient with an integrated vent, which equalizes pressure to make opening the container easier.
