Cambro’s navy blue front loading food pan carrier is ideal for catering companies, buffets and banquet events. It is versatile for a variety of applications, accommodating full size, 1/2 size and 1/3 size food pans. It has durable polyethylene construction with a textured exterior that resists scratches, dings and dents. For efficient transportation, serving, and storage, the food pan carrier interlocks with Cambro UPCS400 carriers. Its polyurethane insulation and an airtight gasket combine to ensure food quality and temperature retention. Hot food is held above 140 degrees F, and cold food is kept below 41 degrees F for up to four hours. Molded-in handles and a single, sturdy plastic latch ensure effortless transport from one location to the next. An integrated vent equalizes pressure to release steam and make it easier to open the container. In addition, the door opens 270 degrees to swing out completely for loading and unloading food pans.
