The slate blue colored food pan carrier from Cambro is front loading and suitable for a variety of applications. With this unit, hot food is held above 140 degrees F, and cold food is kept below 41 degrees F for up to four hours. It accommodates full size, 1/2 size and 1/3 size food pans for added versatility and convenience. The food pan carrier is constructed of durable polyethylene with a textured exterior that resists scratches, dings and dents. Food quality and temperature retention are ensured with the food pan carrier’s polyurethane insulation and an airtight gasket. The carrier is easily opened because of an integrated vent that equalizes pressure to release steam. For added convenience, the door opens 270 degrees to swing out completely for loading and unloading food pans. Molded-in handles and a single, sturdy plastic latch ensure effortless transport.
