Cambro’s pan carrier provides exceptional durability and hot holding power. Designed for both electric and non-electric transport, it provides gentle, non-radiant heat to protect carefully prepped food without drying it out. Ideal for long transport times and limited electrical outlets during banquets and outdoor events, it is rotomolded for one-piece, seamless construction. Ergonomic, unbreakable molded-in handles facilitate easier carrying and a convenient nylon latch ensures fast access. Thick CFC-free insulation safely holds prepared foods for more than four hours without using electricity. It can be easily stacked to maximize space and simplify storage. Up to six full-size 2 ½-inch 1/1 pans or ½ and 1/3 pans can be accommodated. The carrier’s pop-up vent controls both pressure and humidity.
