Cambro’s dark brown electric hot food holding cabinet transports hot food off premise and extends hot food holding time to ensure food safety. This heated holding pan carrier holds food safely between 150 and 165 degrees F for up to four hours once unplugged, while also maintaining moisture and preventing unintended cooking. It features thick, foamed-in polyurethane insulation and a three-minute temperature recovery after the door is opened and closed. Plugged in, it uses less energy than three 100 watt light bulbs, and its durable polyurethane exterior stays cool to the touch. Pressure is equalized and steam is released with the cabinet’s vent cap, while the 9-inch nylon latch opens and closes easily. It includes ergonomic molded-in handles for easy transport. The carrier holds up to 6 2/12-inch deep full size food pans.
