Cambro’s pan carrier is ideal for extending food holding time in a variety of operations, including catering, buffets and banquet events. Designed for high-volume use with full size, 1/2 size, and 1/3 size food pans, it includes a black menu clip on the front of the door to reduce openings for product visibility. Featuring a tough, rugged design, the pan carrier’s polyurethane insulation and airtight, built-in seal ensure food quality and temperatures are retained. Hot food is kept above 140 degrees F and cold food below 41 degrees F for up to four hours in this unit. The pan carrier’s door removes easily for cleaning, while a molded-in area on top of the unit can conveniently be used for staging pans. A single, sturdy 9-inch nylon latch makes it easy to open and close the door. The molded-in handles provide a comfortable grip and make it easy to lift and transport this carrier.
