This attractive speckled gray pan carrier from Cambro extends food holding time for catering, buffets and banquet events use. Featuring a tough, rugged design, the pan carrier’s polyurethane insulation and airtight, built-in seal ensure food quality and temperatures are retained. Hot food is kept above 140 degrees F and cold food below 41 degrees F for up to four hours in this unit. It is perfect for high-volume use with full size, 1/2 size, and 1/3 size food pans and includes a black menu clip on the front of the door to reduce openings for product visibility. A sturdy 9-inch nylon latch makes it easy to open and close the door. The molded-in handles provide a comfortable grip and make it easy to lift and transport this carrier. The pan carrier’s door removes to facilitate easier cleaning, while a molded-in area on top of the unit can be used for staging pans.
