Cambro’s Ultimate sheet pan rack provides a reliable, long-lasting solution for sheet pan transport and holding. Designed from durable, rust proof material, it has heat-resistant rails that accommodate a hot sheet pan straight from a 350 degree F oven. This rack is perfect for limited space and high-volume restaurants, as it is versatile and available in three heights. The rack has a custom center-stem caster for seamless maneuvering and better stability than traditional metal racks. Available in full or half size or undercounter models, parts are removable for easy replacement. It provides flexible use for defrosting, staging, holding or cooling down food. Metal or plastic rubber casters with brakes are offered.
