This Ultimate sheet pan rack from Cambro provides a reliable, long-lasting solution for sheet pan transport and holding. It is constructed from durable, rust proof material and has heat-resistant rails that accommodate a sheet pan straight from a hot 350 degree F oven. Designed for limited space and high-volume restaurants, the sheet pan rack is versatile with a choice of three heights. It is equipped with a custom center-stem caster for seamless maneuvering and more stability than traditional metal racks. Available in full or half size or undercounter models, all parts can be removed for easy replacement. The sheet pan rack provides flexible use for defrosting, staging, holding or cooling down food. Metal or plastic rubber casters with brakes are offered.
