Description

Cambro’s brushed graphite pan rack can hold 20 full-size sheet pans with 3 inches of spacing between them. Constructed of composite plastic, the unit is durable to resist bending, breaking and rusting. The pan rack is equipped with rails that hold the pans with ribs in the middle to promote airflow and keep the pans appropriately centered. A top frame holds a pan over the rest of the food pans, protecting them from dust and debris. It is equipped with plastic swivel casters for easy mobility and maneuverability throughout the kitchen. Casters have thermoplastic wheels to prevent floor marking, and brakes lock the rolling and swivel motions for added stability. Bottom-load rails hold 20 18-inch by 26-inch or 40 18-inch by 13-inch pans.
