Constructed of durable composite plastic, this sheet pan rack from Cambro resists rust and dents. Designed for high-volume production of cookies and other thin products, the sheet pan rack accommodates 40 full-size pans with 11⁄2-inch spacing between them. It is equipped with bottom-load rails that hold the pans on ribs that raise them to create better air flow. Ribs on the rails’ ends conveniently keep the pans centered. A full-size pan can be placed in the top frame to protect pans beneath from dust and debris. The sheet pan rack’s 5-inch casters have non-marking wheels that protect the floors and brakes that lock the wheel and swivel motion. Bottom-load rails accommodate 40 18-inch by 26-inch or 80 18-inch by 13-inch pans for busy kitchens.
