For a reliable and long-lasting sheet pan transport and holding solution, Cambro’s Ultimate sheet pan rack is constructed of durable, rust proof material for a long service life. It features heat-resistant rails that hold sheet pans straight from a hot 350 degree F oven for added flexibility. This is ideal for use in limited space and high-volume restaurants and offers a choice of three heights. The sheet pan rack is equipped with a custom center-stem caster for simple maneuvering and added stability compared with traditional metal racks. Offered in full or half size or undercounter models, all parts can be removed for easy replacement when needed. The sheet pan rack can be used for defrosting, staging, holding or cooling down food. Metal or plastic rubber casters with brakes are offered.
