This brushed graphite pan rack from Cambro can hold 12 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans for versatile use. Withstanding pan temperatures of 350 degrees F, it can be used with pans coming right out of the oven. It is equipped with ribs that hold pans above the rails, which facilitates better airflow to accelerate cooling. An additional pan can fit on top of the frame to protect pans below from dust and debris. This half-size pan rack is constructed of sturdy plastic that won’t rust. It also features heavy duty metal casters with treads that won’t mark floors. Positioning ribs allow trays to stay properly centered. Each rail accommodates up to 55 pounds, while the entire unit has a 175-pound capacity.
