This sturdy plastic pan rack from Cambro resists corrosion and is easy to wipe down after use. It is versatile to use with either cold racks and racks as hot as 350 degrees F. It is designed to keep the pans neatly centered without running into the frame. The pan rack has short rail ribs that raise the racks and facilitate airflow underneath for cooling or thawing. An additional pan can be placed on the top frame to keep dust and debris off the pans below. This half-size pan rack holds as much as 175 pounds and withstands temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees F. It holds up to 20 18-inch by 26-inch sheet pans or 40 13-inch by 18-inch sheet pans. The pan rack’s 5-inch thermoplastic casters won’t scratch floors or rust.
