Cambro’s sheet pan rack is brushed graphite and has a half-size design to accommodate 12 full-size pans or trays. It is made of durable composite plastic to withstand temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees F for versatile use. Between each rail, 3 inches of spacing has enough room for items like bread, cupcakes and other baked items. The rails load from the bottom and are equipped with ribs that facilitate efficient airflow to quickly cool cooked food or thaw frozen food. Positioning ribs on the ends of each rail keep pans conveniently in place. The sheet pan rack is mounted on swivel casters that have a plastic wheel construction, preventing marking on floors. This sheet pan rack can hold hot pans from a 350-degree-F oven
