Cambro’s brushed graphite pan rack is half the size of a standard full-size sheet pan rack. It accommodates 20 full-size sheet pans, with 1.5 inches of spacing between each rail. Ribs are integrated into the rails to facilitate better air circulation to quickly cool stored items. Sheet pans are kept conveniently centered since ribs are molded into the ends of the rails. The top frame stores sheet pans to protect those beneath if from debris and dust. Constructed of sturdy plastic, the rack is designed to withstand , temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees F. Its non-marking swivel casters enable easy maneuvering and transport. The rack accommodates 55 pounds per rail and 175 pounds total per rack.
