Cambro’s sheet pan rack is ideal for high-volume operations, as it holds up to 15 full-size pans with 1.5-inch rail spacing. Constructed of composite plastic, it resists corrosion and is easy to clean. Each rail is equipped with integrated ribs to facilitate better airflow. Ribs on the ends conveniently keep pans in place. The top frame holds a full-size sheet pan to protect those below from dust and debris. The sheet pan rack’s swivel casters are metal with thermoplastic rubber wheels that are non-marking to protect floors. Made to fit under counters, the racks shelves accommodate 55 pounds and the total rack capacity is 175 pounds. The unit can handle temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees F and hold hot pans out of a 350-degree oven.
