This pan rack from Cambro has bottom-load rails with 3-inch spacing in between and accommodates eight full-size pans or 16 half-size trays for versatile use. Made of corrosion-resistant composite plastic, the pan rack’s rails have integrated ribs to facilitate better airflow and conveniently keep pans centered in place. It can fit under counters and is equipped with metal casters with thermoplastic rubber wheels that prevent floor scuffing yet offer easier mobility and superior strength. The rack withstands temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees F and can hold hot pans from a 350-degree F oven with ease. Each shelf has a 55-pound capacity, while the total rack can handle up to 175 pounds.
