The unit's stainless steel food grates are designed to evenly distribute heat and reduce food's contact with hot metal. It comes with slots that accommodate a food divider, which creates two sections for added versatility with use. The high-density fiberglass bottom and sides insulate to keep inside the unit. The oil filter removes for easy cleaning in the dishwasher while a pullout collection pan catches excess oil for easier maintenance.
