Food's contact with hot metal is minimized due to the unit's textured interior. Removable dividers create three separate sections or one large section, offering added convenience for a wide range of applications. The dump station's durable stainless steel construction and welded cabinet ensure a long service life. The unit also features a front polycarbonate rail, 1-inch thick wraparound insulation, a removable filter that is dishwasher safe and an electromechanical thermostat. The dump station warms to 190 degrees F in about 10 minutes. Easy cleaning is facilitated with the bottom-mounted collector pan.
