The Carter-Hoffmann CW1 Gravity Feed Chip Warmer w/ 20 gallon Capacity rotates protect with a first-in, first-out system to ensure product is fresh. Its top loading door folds out, which creates a ramp for easy filling while the bottom serving door folds out to create a spot to rest baskets conveniently. The interior chip ramp and bottom crumb drawer both remove for easy cleaning. With the heat duct baffling system, warm air is directed through the duct and up through the chips at the bottom so heat is consistent. The unit's interior mechanical thermostat is factory adjusted at 175 degrees F and goes up to 190 degrees F with tools. Heat is retained with 1-inch thick fiberglass insulation.
