The Carter-Hoffmann MC1W4H 9.5 inches wide Freestanding Warming Unit with four 6-inch Compartments is all stainless steel with double wall cabinet construction. It has a modular design with one controller and one pan cavity per module. It is equipped with built-in, stainless steel pan covers for each cavity that are easily removed, without tools, for cleaning. Lids in place provide seals for pans containing moisture-sensitive food products. Programmable electronic temperature controls include a countdown timer and audio/visual alarm.
