The Carter-Hoffmann MC243GS-2T 31.75 inch wide Freestanding Warming Unit with two 24 inch Compartments is all stainless steel with double wall cabinet construction. It has a modular design with one controller and one pan cavity per module. It is equipped with built-in, aluminum pan lids for each cavity that are easily removed, without tools, for cleaning. Lids in place provide seals for pans containing moisture-sensitive food products. Electronic temperature controls with countdown timers and audio/visual alarm allows user to program temperature in one degree increments.
