The Carter-Hoffmann MT23-6 16 inch Modular Countertop Top Access Holding Cabinet features all stainless steel cabinet construction. The unit's modular design includes one controller and one pan cavity per well. The pan shroud is removable for easy cleaning. The cabinet is equipped with programmable electronic temperature controls with countdown timer and audio/visual alarm. One control is used for each pan, and each controller allows users to program temperature in one degree increments up to 225 degree F. The timer can be set for up to 9 hours, 59 minutes, in 1 minute increments. Countdown will convert to seconds when less than one minute is left.
