The Carter-Hoffmann O1838C 28 5/8 inches wide 8 Sheet Pan Rack with 1 1/2 inch Lip Load Slides features heavy-duty, high tensile, all-welded extruded aluminum construction. Fully reinforced with horizontal stabilizing bars to prevent buckling, the unit's entire base frame and bolster pads are completely welded to form a solid one-piece unit. Welded-in-place, both vertically and horizontally for support, each of the unit's slides is ribbed in order to minimize galling and flaking, as well as easy pan sliding.
