The Carter-Hoffmann PH2S Convection Plate Heater has all seams turned in to eliminate raw edges. It features a wrap-around, single piece exterior panel and stainless steel and a full width, 1 inch tubular push handle located on the swivel end. The hooks on each end provide the ability to hang lids when dispensing. All sides, top and bottom are insulated for heat retention and energy efficiency. The unit is equipped with a high velocity blower air system that is thermostatically controlled to heat bases or plates.
