While racks are not included with this unit, it's compatible with a number of options including the Blodgett TC-14, TC-20, and Houno C202. 2-inch high-density insulation, convection heat, and digital controls work in tandem to set and maintain temperature, while a stainless steel construction lends the unit a highly durable and easy-to-clean exterior.
